Duewise ("Duewise", "we", "us", or "our") provides an app that helps you track subscriptions, domains, servers, certificates, and other recurring renewals, and reminds you before they expire. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Duewise, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
We only collect what is needed to run the app. We do not sell your data, and we do not use advertising or third-party analytics/tracking SDKs.
Account information. Duewise uses Sign in with Apple. When you create an account, Apple provides us with a unique account identifier and, on your first sign-in, the email address and name you choose to share. You may use Apple's "Hide My Email" feature, in which case we only receive a private relay address. We use this solely to create and secure your account.
Renewal data you enter. The information you add about the things you track — such as item name, type, category, renewal/expiry date, billing cycle, price and currency, provider, links, reminder timing, and any notes — is stored in your account so the app can display it and send you reminders. You can import this data from a CSV file you choose; the file is read on your device and the entries are saved to your account.
Push notification token. If you enable reminders, we store a device notification token so we can send you renewal reminders. You can turn off notifications at any time in your device settings.
Subscription/purchase information. If you purchase a paid subscription within the app, the transaction is processed by Apple. We use RevenueCat to verify and manage your subscription status. We receive your subscription state and a purchase identifier, but we never receive your full payment-card details.
What we do not collect. We do not collect your location, contacts, photos (unless you explicitly choose to attach an image), browsing history, or device advertising identifiers, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.
Your data is stored using Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Functions, and Cloud Messaging). Your renewal data is kept in a per-user area of the database accessible only to your authenticated account.
We share information only with service providers that help us operate the app:
We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
We keep your data for as long as your account exists. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Delete Account in the app. Deletion is immediate and irreversible. If you need help, contact us using the details below.
We rely on industry-standard protections, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and Firebase's access controls, so that only your authenticated account can read your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.
Duewise is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your information may be processed on servers operated by our service providers in countries other than your own. Those providers maintain safeguards designed to protect your information consistent with this policy.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. You can delete your data directly in the app, or contact us to exercise these rights.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
