Terms of Use

Last updated: May 28, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Duewise mobile app and related services ("Duewise", the "Service"). By downloading or using Duewise, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

Duewise helps you track subscriptions, domains, servers, certificates, and other recurring renewals, and sends reminders before they expire. Reminders are provided on a best-effort basis and depend on factors outside our control, including device settings, network availability, and notification permissions. You are responsible for your own renewals; Duewise is a convenience tool and is not a substitute for managing your accounts directly.

Your Account

Duewise uses Sign in with Apple to create your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of the Apple ID associated with your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country to use the Service.

Subscriptions and Payments

Duewise may offer optional auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock additional features. The following applies to any such purchase:

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access it through unauthorized means, interfering with its operation, or using it to violate any applicable law. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or harms other users or the Service.

Your Data

The renewal information you enter belongs to you. We process it to provide the Service as described in our Privacy Policy. You can delete your account and associated data at any time from within the app.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that reminders will always be delivered, that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will prevent any missed renewal, late fee, or loss.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Duewise and its developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from a missed renewal or expiration, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Changes

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. When we change these Terms, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting your account. We may suspend or end the Service, in whole or in part, with reasonable notice where practicable.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where the developer is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply.
